Kassandra at the front desk was so kind and thoroughly explained my tx plan, Devin P the assistant was also very informative and friendly during my rads! Dr. Michael Carter and Alaina performed my actually procedure and were great at walking me through my procedure, what to expect now and in the future, and what to do at home until my issue is resolved. Overall a friendly, efficient, and competent team!

I wanted to update my review because last week, I chipped a tooth while eating dinner. They got me in to fix it the very next day, put a cap on it, and repaired it. I was good to go and eat dinner that night. They administered anesthesia, numbing my mouth as painlessly and as quickly as possible, and did the same to fix my tooth. I never felt a thing while the tooth was being repaired. I was thinking that once the tooth was repaired, my tooth and bite would feel off and take some getting used to. That wasn’t the case at all! The day after the repair, it felt like it never happened, and I was completely back to normal. The quality of work done here is magnificent, as are the people who do it! My August 2024 Review My old dentist had retired and it was tough to find a new one I trusted until I came here. Going to the dentist can be tough for some of us but they not only made it easy but there was no hiccups with me being a new patient! My insurance wouldn't cover me so I had to pay out of pocket but it didn't break the bank to get treated and that included x-rays, ultra-sonic cleaning, checking gum health, and polishing. The staff was kind, diligent, and professional. That includes the doctor, the hygienists, the x-ray techs, the receptionists, and the cleaning staff! They didn't try to pitch me a bunch of procedures I didn't need, like some places do. You will not find better treatment for your dental health in the tri-state than at Springdale Modern Dentistry!

I'm a woman of little words. I would like to say Devin the Dental Hygienist that welcome me and completed my X-ray was a ray of sunshine. I informed her I was nervous about my appointment and she put me at ease. She took the time to explain to me every step she was going to do. How long things should take etc. She was professional and kind. Thank you Devin. Her hair was cute as well.
